  • Tracking Numbers: When you use our add-on to track packages, the tracking numbers you enter are sent to our servers and the 17track.net API to retrieve tracking information.
  • Usage Data: We track the number of tracking requests you make to enforce subscription quotas.

Information We Do NOT Collect​

  • We do not access, collect, or store the contents of your Google Sheets beyond the specific tracking numbers you query.
  • We do not access your Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google account data.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our tracking service
  • Process your subscription and billing
  • Send you license keys and account-related communications
  • Enforce usage quotas based on your subscription plan

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance​

Your Package Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure​

Our application:

  • Only requests access to Google services necessary for the add-on to function (specifically, the ability to run as a Google Sheets add-on and display user interface elements).
  • Does not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • Does not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide and improve our service, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice).
  • Does not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of the add-on.
  • Allows users to revoke access to their Google data at any time through their Google Account permissions.

Data Access Scope​

The Your Package Tracker add-on requests the following Google OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets - To read tracking numbers from your spreadsheet cells and write tracking results.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui - To display the add-on menu and sidebar interface.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - To identify your account for licensing purposes.

We access only the data necessary to provide the tracking service and do not access any other Google user data.

Children's Privacy​

Our service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
