How do I get started?
- Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace
- Open any Google Sheet
- Go to Extensions → Package Tracking → Subscribe / Manage Billing
- Start with your 3 free trial requests or subscribe to a plan
How do I enter my license key?
- Go to Extensions → Package Tracking → Enter License Key
- Paste the license key you received via email
- Click "Save"
My tracking number isn't working
- Make sure you're using the correct carrier name or code
- Some carriers may have delays in updating tracking information
- Try using the exact carrier name (e.g., "FedEx", "UPS", "USPS")
How do I check my remaining quota?
Go to Extensions → Package Tracking → Check Account Status to see your current usage and remaining quota.
Billing & Subscription
For billing inquiries or to manage your subscription, you can:
- Use the subscription management link sent to your email
- Contact us at yourpackagetracker@terrydjony.com
Report an Issue
If you encounter a bug or technical issue, please include:
- The tracking number and carrier you were trying to track
- The error message you received (if any)
