How do I get started?

  1. Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace
  2. Open any Google Sheet
  3. Go to Extensions → Package Tracking → Subscribe / Manage Billing
  4. Start with your 3 free trial requests or subscribe to a plan

How do I enter my license key?

  1. Go to Extensions → Package Tracking → Enter License Key
  2. Paste the license key you received via email
  3. Click "Save"

My tracking number isn't working

  • Make sure you're using the correct carrier name or code
  • Some carriers may have delays in updating tracking information
  • Try using the exact carrier name (e.g., "FedEx", "UPS", "USPS")

How do I check my remaining quota?

Go to Extensions → Package Tracking → Check Account Status to see your current usage and remaining quota.

Billing & Subscription

For billing inquiries or to manage your subscription, you can:

  1. Use the subscription management link sent to your email
  2. Contact us at yourpackagetracker@terrydjony.com

Report an Issue

If you encounter a bug or technical issue, please include:

  • The tracking number and carrier you were trying to track
  • The error message you received (if any)
  • Your Google account email (for license lookup)
