Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Your Package Tracker Google Sheets add-on and related services ("Service") operated by Your Package Tracker ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Description of Service​

Your Package Tracker is a Google Sheets add-on that allows you to track shipments from 1,700+ carriers worldwide using simple spreadsheet formulas. The Service retrieves tracking information from the 17track.net API and displays it in your Google Sheets.

2. Account and Subscription​

2.1 Free Trial​

We offer a limited free trial of 3 tracking requests to allow you to evaluate our Service. No credit card is required for the free trial.

2.2 Paid Subscriptions​

To continue using the Service beyond the free trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan. Subscription plans are billed monthly and vary by the number of shipments tracked per month.

2.3 License Key​

Upon subscribing, you will receive a license key via email. This license key is personal to you and should not be shared with others.

2.4 Billing​

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management portal.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

3. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to:

  • Share your license key with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or rate limits
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated means to excessively query the Service beyond normal usage patterns

4. Intellectual Property​

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Your Package Tracker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Services​

Our Service relies on third-party services, including:

  • 17track.net: For package tracking data. Your use of tracking data is subject to 17track.net's terms of service.
  • Google Sheets: The Service operates as a Google Sheets add-on. Your use of Google Sheets is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
  • LemonSqueezy: For payment processing. Your payment is subject to LemonSqueezy's terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF TRACKING DATA

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Tracking information will be accurate or up-to-date
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Tracking information is provided by third-party carriers and 17track.net. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in tracking data.

7. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR PACKAGE TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Package Tracker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Modifications to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You will lose access to the Service
  • No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription periods

11. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Your Package Tracker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution​

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement​

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Package Tracker regarding the Service.
